Year Three Outdoor Learning Plans

Carymoor trip

The Year 3 children at Kingfisher were chosen to be part of a pilot project with Yeovil Rivers Community Trust and Carymoor. We learnt about the differences between urban and rural environments for water and pond life. We also found out a lot about the impact of landfill sites and the measures in place to reduce their impact on wildlife. We found out how very important it is to 'reduce, reuse and recycle' our waste so that we do not harm our beautiful world.

Year 3 were brilliant and we all had a lovely time!
