We offer a range of activities for all children which take place after school. Each class teacher and many teaching assistants lead an after-school enrichment club.  We also have sports clubs run by our PE coach and a dance club run by the local dance school.

Clubs include: Sports, TT Rockstars, Computer Coding, Board Games, Choir, Cross Country Running, Gymnastics, Homework and Ukulele Club.

A new club list is sent to parents at the end of each term. You can then select the clubs your child is interested in attending for the following term. You will then be notified if your child has been successful in attaining a place at that club.

If at any point during the school year you would like your child to attend a particular club please do contact the school office.

Kingfisher Choir

The choir has approximately 30 members and this is from Year 1 up to Year 6.

We practice once a week and put on performances throughout the year. 

We sing a variety of different songs including show songs, pop songs and traditional songs. We even have actions to some of them too!

It’s lots of fun and we thoroughly enjoy singing at the tops of our voices!

Kingfisher Choir sing for the Bishop

Kingfisher Choir were very lucky to be invited to Preston Primary School to sing for Bishop Peter on his recent visit. The children thoroughly enjoyed meeting the Bishop, who was very impressed with their beautiful singing.

Computing Club

Computing club has been great fun this year. We have been learning about coding and have used this to control characters on the ipads.  After half term, we used imotion to make short stop start animations. We have also talked a lot about online safety and how we can stay safe when using the internet.
